Q: How durable are Palo wooden sunglasses? A: In a word: very. All of our glasses feature central frames carved from a single piece of solid, natural hardwood. This reduces the chance of splintering or fragmentation which can occur in inferior frames that have been glued together. We also apply a protective sealant to ensure that the glasses are water resistant and will last for years.
Q: Can I put prescription lenses in Palo wooden frames? A: It’s difficult to find optometrists experienced in working with wood, so we don’t recommend asking your doctor to modify our sunglasses. We do, however, offer prescription specific models. These are specially designed to allow you to remove the standard lens and insert your own.
Q: How secure is this site? A: We do not give out our customers’ personal or financial information to anyone, for any reason, ever. We accept all major credit cards and conduct transactions through PayPal, the largest and most reliable online payment processor in the world.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Most likely. To check if we ship to your country, just scroll through the country menu on the cart page. Any necessary duty or taxes are paid through local customs.
Q: How long does shipping usually take? A: Allow about 3 days to 2 weeks for shipping.
Q: What’s the deal with polarized lenses? A: Polarized lenses further reduce glare and offer additional protection for your eyes. We use only CE and FDA certified lenses to ensure the highest quality possible.
Q: How can I take care of my glasses? A: Our sunglasses are extremely low-maintenance, thanks to their protective coating. They do not require waxing and are water resistant. We do recommend that you keep them in a hard case whenever possible, in order to protect them from impact.
Q: What if I want to return my glasses?
A: We hope you like your glasses, but in case you don’t, we have a 30 day return policy. Glasses that haven’t been used and are returned in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges for Limited Edition sunglasses or sunglasses purchased with prescription lenses.All return items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging and accompanied with a return authorization number.

Q: What is your warranty policy? A: All Palo wooden sunglasses are covered by warranty for 6 month from the date of purchase. This warranty is intended to protect against manufacturer defects and it is valid only with proof of purchase from Palo or an authorized retailer. This does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. Palo reserves the right to determine if the product is covered under warranty program.
